Yes, if you plan to use copyrighted music you must provide it yourself on an original store bought CD. Legally, we cannot provide copyrighted music for you. Please read on to learn more about the Fair Use Act:
To comply with the Fair Use Act, any copyrighted material used is for personal viewing only and is not for resale. The client must agree that they will not broadcast, duplicate, resell or publicly show their video at any time. The music provided by the client must have been legally purchased by the client themselves; it can not be borrowed or illegally downloaded. Any music copied by Moving Pictures is done with the understanding that the client has the right to copy the material. If challenged, the client will assume all responsibility relating to the right to reproduce any image or sound and will protect Moving Pictures from any damages or costs, including attorney fees. |
